If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA and you purchase a paid Nice Forms plan, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. This notice is provided in accordance with § 312g and § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (when you upgrade to Pro).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eugen Gette, Nice Forms, gettesoftware@gmail.com, contact form) of your decision by a clear statement (for example a letter or email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send the notice before the 14 days have expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notice. We will use the same means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for the reimbursement.
If you asked us to start the paid service during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportional to what has been provided until you withdraw, compared with the full contract.
When the right expires
For digital services, the right of withdrawal expires if the service has been fully performed, you expressly agreed that we start before the cooling-off period ends, and you acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance is complete (§ 356 (5) BGB).
